Unfortunately, the ShopAtHome.com/Magazines.com policy is to give cash back based on what the customer pays at the time of transaction on the Magazines.com site after coupons, vouchers and gift card balances have been applied. For example, on a $34 item with a $30 voucher applied, the commission is payable on the $4 order amount after the voucher is applied, not the $34 item amount. I apologize for the confusion as I was not aware of this when I posted.
